Back with another post.
Yet another weekend of exercises routine.
Not just a exercise routine.
It was actual a running event.
Yes!! Mention on the title of this post.
I decided to sign up for this Pocari Sweat Run.
It was my 1st time, so i decided to take up the 5km instead of 10km.
I was fortunate to have workmates who encourages me to sign up this run event.
Fortunate to have people who cares for each other health.
But I took it as a new turn (Since i never like to run) ahead.
Able to complete in 42mins.
(Thanks to a tall man who i was follow from behind. He didn't stop running which motivates me.)
It may not be the best timing as what others athletic say.
But I am glad to be able to achieve such distance.
Shall aim further.
Hopefully 10km run.
